The Role
We are looking for a killer Account Executive who will help Bitscale:
- Own the full sales cycle for the Indian market — from qualified lead to closed-won
- Build deep relationships with GTM leaders across India's fastest-growing companies
- Scale our proven playbooks and create repeatable wins
What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Sales & Account Management
- Run discovery calls, demos, and presentations with qualified prospects across India
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, build compelling business cases, and negotiate contracts to close deals
- Own your pipeline from opportunity creation through contract signature and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with customers, conduct QBRs, and identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell)
- Turn customers into champions and generate referrals
Market Development
- Execute on proven playbooks designed for the Indian market
- Partner with SDRs to provide feedback on lead quality and messaging
- Share market insights and competitive intelligence with product and marketing teams
- Represent Bitscale at industry events and help refine our India GTM strategy
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting in CRM using MEDDIC or similar frameworks
