“If you want to define how a fast-growing startup looks and feels to the world-this is your canvas.”
About Us
At Bitscale, we’re a tight-knit, ambitious team of IIT Kanpur grads, building a signal-first GTM automation platform that makes SDRs 10x more effective. We've spent years at places like JP Morgan, HSBC, Nanonets, and Citymall, and now we're building the next big thing from the ground up. Bitscale has grown 10X in the last few months and one of the fasted growing startup from India building for the world.
If you’ve ever wanted to own the design DNA of a company that blends AI, growth, and SaaS-this is it.
The Role: Founder's Office – Graphic Design Lead
We're looking for a visual storyteller who will own how Bitscale feels to the outside world. This isn’t just about making things “look good”-it’s about shaping emotion, perception, and attention through bold, consumer-grade design in a B2B world.
You’ll work directly with the founders across product, growth, and brand to define a design language that’s as crisp and modern as the technology we’re building.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the visual identity of Bitscale across every touchpoint-website, socials, decks, campaigns, in-product assets.
- Design scroll-stopping content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and email that helps us punch above our weight.
- Work closely with GTM & product teams to turn concepts into visual assets-memes, illustrations, graphics, animations, decks, one-pagers.
- Build and maintain a visual design system that scales as we grow.
- Collaborate on landing pages and in-product UX elements (think: onboarding flows, micro-interactions, visuals that explain).
- Create standout founder-facing decks and pitch materials that resonate with investors, partners, and customers.
Who You Are
- A design generalist with taste-you’ve seen enough and done enough to know what great looks like.
- You’ve shipped work in fast-paced environments, ideally in startups or agency-style roles.
- Strong command of tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Webflow, Canva, or equivalent.
- You think in systems, not just individual screens.
- Consumer design mindset, even when designing for B2B.
