Bitscale is a signal-first GTM automation platform. B2B teams use us to find high-intent accounts, enrich them with data from 50+ sources, and power personalised outbound at scale.

We're a 15-person team (ex-IIT Kanpur, JP Morgan, HSBC, Nanonets, Citymall) building a Clay alternative from India, for the world and we've grown almost entirely on word of mouth. Zero marketing spend. Zero cold calls. Now we're ready to build the demand engine.

The Role

First Marketing Hire. Own Bitscale's marketing end-to-end.

This is not a campaign manager role. You will decide the strategy, own the narrative, and ship the content yourself. Inbound and brand are the foundation. Everything else (paid, events, partnerships) gets added when it earns its place.

Your first job is simple: make sure Bitscale's story is heard by every GTM team that should be using us.

What You'll Own

Positioning and Narrative

• Define and sharpen how Bitscale is positioned in the GTM + RevOps ecosystem
• Own the competitive story and sharpen Bitscale's position in the GTM tools market
• Ensure every touchpoint (website, LinkedIn, sales decks, emails) speaks with one consistent, sharp voice

Content and Distribution

• Drive 2-3 LinkedIn posts per week that build genuine audience and pipeline, not just impressions
• Write 1-2 long-form pieces per month (blog, case study, playbook) that rank and convert
• Build a content calendar that compounds, not just fills a queue
