We’re a small, sharp team (ex–IIT Kanpur, ex–JP Morgan, HSBC, Nanonets, Citymall) building a Clay alternative from India, for the world. Revenue is real, customers are real, and now we’re ready to build a serious marketing engine.

The Role

We’re hiring our first Marketing Lead to own Bitscale’s marketing end-to-end.

This role is about building demand, not just running campaigns.

You’ll decide what to do, why to do it, and how to scale it.

Inbound will be the foundation. Outbound, events, partnerships, and paid channels will be tools used when they make sense.

What You’ll Do

1. Build Demand for Bitscale

• Define and execute Bitscale’s overall marketing strategy
• Decide the right mix of content, outbound support, events, partnerships, and paid experiments
• Build repeatable systems, not one-off campaigns
