The Role

We are looking for a Product Management intern who will help Bitscale:

• Ship features that customers actually want and will pay for
• Own parts of the product roadmap from discovery to launch
• Bridge engineering, design, and go-to-market teams

What You'll Do

Talk to Users & Identify Problems

• Conduct customer interviews and user research to find pain points
• Shadow sales calls and support tickets to see where users struggle
• Identify patterns in feedback and figure out what to build next

Solutioning & Feature Design

• Take messy problems and turn them into clear, elegant solutions
• Write detailed PRDs with use cases, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Work with engineering and design to explore different approaches
• Help prioritize roadmap using RICE, value vs. effort, and revenue impact
